FINANCING OPTIONS |

Our diverse services portfolio gives us the flexibility to offer our clients the following real estate financing options:

We are flexible with our clients choosing a financing institute of their choice. With this option, the interest rates,
the term of the loan and the payment schedule vary from institute to institute.
We have highly skilled, experienced financial advisors who can help arrange loans for you through financial institutes
in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Interest rates for financing arranged by our advisors are typically between 8% and 9% for
loans with a 25 year term. Once our financial advisors have arranged financing, we expect that you will pay the financial institutes directly.
We recommend that our clients finance all properties through IRIS W.L.L. directly. With this interest free option
you are expected to pay off your loan in full by the completion date of the property. Your payment schedule when financing
through IRIS W.L.L. will include a 10% down payment, 3 payments of 20% of the total loan and the remaining 30% on completion of the property.
